It’s a pretty great option to consider if you prefer living in a close-knit community that still retains the high-end aesthetic. Though this is only one example of several locations by Britton Homes, it’s already pretty superb in that it’s next to lots of shops and restaurants.

Therefore, we think it’s an ideal location that blends ease of access to essentials with an overall modern lifestyle. 

For the villas themselves, they’re surprisingly a lot roomier on the inside than their front facades suggest. Each villa is built with tons of indoor features that are both aesthetic and functional in nature. 

We can say that Britton Homes has really turned up the dial on this one, as much as the number of dials that can be found in its abundance of technology.

Even looking at it from a simpler design perspective, the quality and usage of modern structural designs are pretty topnotch in and of themselves.

We would like to note though that the options for the exterior design do seem a bit limited. If you can brush off the fact that your exterior is probably going to look similar to your 14 other neighbors, then you’re still good to go.

But we guess that’s just how it is when you’re living the townhome life.

While Britton Homes’ staff members are pretty professional and accommodating, it’s also worth mentioning that they can still fall short because of material shortages. If you keep this possible delay in construction in mind, then you’ll be good to go again.

Boyd Custom Homes has been in the home building service for quite some time, and it certainly shows in its exceptional designs that are both elegant and refreshing to look at.

Boyd’s attention to detail is evident in its portfolio of seemingly pure eye candy. But taking a closer look, you’ll realize that it has a considerable mix of functionality as well.

Whether you’re going for a modern look or a more traditional one, Boyd is highly flexible in catering to each client’s vision of the perfect dream home.

Having been in service for over 24 years, Boyd has come to push the boundaries of its design palette without sacrificing the natural flow of colors and lines.

Needless to say, it knows what works well regardless if it’s a completed model home or a home yet to be built on a client’s own lot. If you don’t have your own lot yet, then we think its locations are great and definitely worth checking out.

It’s especially good to hear that Boyd is adding even more locations and lots on top of that really soon.

An added extra to Boyd’s expertise is that you can expect it to nail the same luxurious design and build quality on office spaces or whatever commercial setup.

It makes perfect sense, as a space allotted for work and business-related matters is a space that’s shared among people all the same.

One red flag of Boyd’s services is that a prospective buyer was apparently treated rudely and discriminated against by one of its salesmen in the past.

Without any clear basis, said buyer got judged by the salesman that she wouldn’t be able to afford the home for sale. Regardless of the basis, we believe there’s no justification to be profiling any customer in such a rude and discriminating manner.

Thankfully, we haven’t heard of a repeated case in a while. But it’s still an important thing to keep in mind for every potential customer and even staff member.

As a home builder that has received multiple awards in various categories, Homes by J. Anthony is clearly backed up by a sea of happy clients with stunning homes to show.

The numerous shiny trophies aside, just looking at J. Anthony’s portfolio reveals a lot to be excited about when considering it as your home builder.

It seemingly has an impeccable sense of design that’s both classy and timeless. Even we’re awestruck by how much there is to gaze at design-wise.

With that, we don’t expect anything less from an award-winning home builder of this caliber. It’s props to both the design and construction teams for their stellar performance. 

You can expect great service all-around when they’re working on a place you can call your safe haven. With its design’s overall interior and exterior aesthetic, it definitely does give off that safe haven vibe as if you’re living in paradise.

But that’s not all. As classy as the homes can look, they also come equipped with a lot of modern and convenient technology.

To top that all off, J. Anthony can even build custom pools and basements should a client prefer them. 

Now for the drawbacks, one of them being the occasionally slow and unresponsive communication between the home builder and its clients.

Taking the scale and complexity of its homes into consideration, the design plans and even the materials may take a bit longer to complete.

Another drawback is that most, if not all of its acreage lots are currently sold out.

But the good news is that J. Anthony also builds on your own lot. This is a viable option for those that already have a specific build design in mind anyway.

In general, over 30 years of home building service in several DFW communities is something that shouldn’t be overlooked in its credentials.

Ever since Garabedian started, it always believed in building homes that both itself and every client can be proud of.

One of the ways it manages to achieve this is by making sure that clients are well-informed about every single detail of the design and construction process.

Transparency goes a long way, and it definitely shows in Garabedian’s efforts in ensuring that clients get the dream home they’ve always wanted.

You can look forward to its great flexibility in the design department too, as its portfolio reveals a rich collection of different materials and styles that blend together quite perfectly.

From building English cottages to even French country estates, Garabedian has an impressive display of versatility that’s attributable to its decades of experience.

For those working in real estate, you’ll be glad to know that Garabedian works excellently with such. It actually built tons of professional relationships within the real estate community already.

One negative thing to note about Garabedian’s services is that it had cases of bad installations of several windows, masonry, and other interior and exterior work. This, of course, led to noticeable damage over time.

Though it’s a bit of a mystery why Garabedian was not allowed by the owners to repair the damages, bear this in mind, especially during the construction phase.
